Director Bio
Alice Rwigema
With more than 6 Years’ experience in performance improvement and human capital development, Alice has led change management initiatives and offer transforming cultures coaching by enabling individuals and organizations achieve their purpose in life.
As a certified coach in Leadership, Productivity and Execution, she has spent more than 6 years consulting and facilitating with Franklin Covey Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi & Togo where she has delivered several of Franklin Covey behavior change processes and tools to teams and organizations in the public, private and non- governments sectors. These include Ecobank, Global Fund, Red Cross, General Electric and IMF.
Alice who is a resident of Rwanda, has delivered the 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, the 4 Disciplines of Execution, the 4 essentials roles of Leadership and Helping Clients Succeed.
Alice also worked as part of the delivery team on the Ecobank Account, an assignment that has led her to deliver in Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Congo DRC, Guinée Bissau, Cameroun, Niger, Republic of Congo among others.
